How do I return something?

All return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used merchandise

and shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Refunds are only available for products purchased from Javin De Seoul official website.
When requesting for defected or wrongly shipped items,

please include detailed pictures of the products, order number, and name of the products.
